Methods & MeasuresSterling Hillman joined Foremark, Ltd. in September of 2004 as an associate in Real Estate. As an associate, Sterling assisted and performed general market research, demographic analysis, and worked in a deal assistant capacity generating Letters of Intent and site packages for several different clients.
In September 2005, he moved to Foremark's Development Services Division to focus on turnkey project management, entitlement, and development consulting for Foremark clients. In the fall of 2007, he was named Director of Development of Palio Partners, a development affiliate of Foremark, which concentrates on land development and acquisition.
Sterling began his professional career with Dallas real estate firm Lincoln Property Company in 2003. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the ICSC Next Generation Program, and The Real Estate Council of Dallas. Sterling is also a member of Young Friends for the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas and serves as an officer for the Associate Producers organization of the Dallas Summer Musicals.
Sterling attended the University of Texas in Austin, earning his B.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business in 2003. He lives in Dallas with his wife Kristen.
