Methods & MeasuresA Foremark Partner, Sean Kipp oversees the Southeast region for Miller’s Ale House, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Mimi’s Café and Chuy’s. He also manages Foremark’s Northeast expansion program for Miller’s Ale House.
Sean joined Foremark in 2001 and worked primarily in the Southeast with clients such as Mimi’s Café, California Pizza Kitchen, Johnny Carino’s, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Fleming’s Steakhouse and Famous Dave’s. He was promoted from Real Estate Manager, named Partner and Director of the Southeast Region in January 2007.
Sean’s experience includes work in the insurance industry before joining Cottonwood Financial in May 1997. In 1999, he was named Director of Development at Cottonwood, managing new unit acquisitions, lease negotiations and renewals for the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Utah.
Sean earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Texas in Austin in 1991. He lives in Colleyville, Texas, with his wife Leslie and their two sons, Clark and Colt.
