Methods & MeasuresAs Director of Real Estate, Keith Moore oversees Foremark’s Southern region consisting of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana, as well as the Northwestern U.S., and the Ohio and Western Pennsylvania markets.
Keith joined Foremark in 2001 to oversee market research and administrative functions, including demographic models for new client stores and relocation opportunities as well as proforma models for new site locations. He later moved into a role as a deal assistant working on Letters of Intent and site packages for clients such as CPK, Famous Dave’s, Chuck E. Cheese and Mimi’s Café.
Keith also spent a year on the Foremark Development Services team as a project manager. He gained extensive knowledge of the entitlement process for new restaurant developments by performing due diligence on new sites and compiling information for site investigation reports that identified timeline and potential cost issues on client-approved sites. He also functioned as a liaison for clients with city municipalities and represented their interests in planning and zoning and city council meetings.
Keith transitioned back into a site selection role in 2005 building extensive market knowledge of over 25 designated areas through travel and developer relationships. He has secured over 24 new locations representing approximately $72,000,000 in value for clients such as Mimi’s Café, Chuck E. Cheese and Chuy’s.
Keith earned his B.B.A. in Financial Consulting from Southern Methodist University in 2001. He has lived in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area for 15 years and currently resides in Lake Dallas with his wife Melanie.
