Doug Alcott

Doug Alcott joined Foremark in 1999 as a partner. As Executive Vice President, he manages the real estate team as well as directly managing the Chuy's and Mimi's Café accounts.

Doug was employed by Brinker International from 1988 to 1998. As Vice President of Real Estate from 1994 to 1996, he was responsible for the wide range of corporate real estate needs for its multi-concept portfolio. As Vice President of Development for Corner Bakery, from 1996 to 1998, Doug oversaw all facets of the real estate, development, and construction process for that emerging concept.

Doug offers Foremark clients a thorough understanding of the development process, from strategic planning through new store opening as well as vast national real estate knowledge. He has participated in multiple expansion programs including those of Chili's, Romano's Macaroni Grill, On the Border, Maggiano's, Mimi’s Cafe, Corner Bakery, Chuck E. Cheese's, Fleming's Prime Steak House and Wine Bar, Roy's of Hawaii, Miller's Ale House, Chuy's and California Pizza Kitchen.

Doug received his B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1984. Doug and his three children live in Dallas.
