Dani Mayer joined Foremark in May, 2009 to open the California office of Foremark. Dani's broad understanding of the planning and development process and strong market knowledge of the Western U.S. and other major metropolitan areas of national significance have contributed to Foremark's west coast presence.
Prior to joining Foremark, Dani held the position of Vice President of Development for Mimis Café. During her 15-year tenure there, she helped the company grow from 19 restaurants in Southern California to more than 145 restaurants in 23 states. Directing construction and real estate, she was responsible for strategic market planning, site selection, lease negotiations, permitting and construction. Prior to Mimis Café, Dani was Director of Real Estate for Red Robin when that company was based in Orange County, California.
Dani began her restaurant real estate career in the fast food sector with Burger King Corporation where she worked for thirteen years and later for Taco Bell and El Pollo Loco.
Dani holds a BA in Geography from California State University, Long Beach. She and her husband, Mike, live in Mission Viejo, California. Their son, Jeff, is a student at UNLV.
