Brendon Hollier is Project Manager in Foremark’s Development Services division. He joined the company in April 2006, and brings Foremark retail and casual dining clients expertise in commercial development, entitlement, and project management. Brendon has compiled a broad range of experience in regional projects, including work in such areas as Texas, Florida, California, Philadelphia, Chicago, North Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee.
Brendon’s work with Foremark client's includes projects for Mimi’s Café, Chuy’s, Main Event and Miller’s Ale House. He has also worked in preferred development with Foremark affiliate Palio Partners.
Brendon received his B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University in 2005, where he also minored in Business and obtained Business Economics Certification. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, ICSC Next Generation, and Young Guns, a young professional's affiliate of The Real Estate Council. He lives in Dallas.
