Adam Smith joined Foremark in May of 2011 as an associate of Real Estate/Development Services. As an associate, Adam has compiled and completed multiple site investigation reports (SIRs) for Chuy’s, Cheddar’s, Main Event, and McDonalds. These investigations have provided a broader understanding of multiple jurisdictions ranging from the DFW area all the way to Midwest and Southeastern United States. Adam has also been responsible for assisting the Real Estate team with demographics and market research.
Adam began his foray into commercial real estate with San Antonio real estate firm Primera Partners in 2007 as intern during the summer between sophomore and junior year of college. His next major professional experience came with his second internship, this time with Oxford Commercial (a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Partner) in Austin, TX. At Oxford Commercial Adam worked closely with Rhonda Toming and Jeff Coddington, who mentored Adam in the art of investment sales.
Adam attended Texas A&M University in College Station, earning his double major in Accounting/Finance from the Mays Business School in 2009. After completing his undergraduate work he then obtained a Masters of Real Estate degree from the Masters of Real Estate Program also at Texas A&M University. He currently lives in Dallas with his girlfriend Katie.
